We want you to get the best experience from your delicious desserts! All cakes will be frozen/semi frozen in order to preserve freshness and to keep them chilled below 41 degrees. They are able to be consumed once you reach your destination or if it is for later consumption, please place in fridge until ready to enjoy! Will keep for 7 days in the fridge or up to 2 months in the freezer! Wholesale/Catering Inquiries: Any orders larger than 3 dozen minis, or more than three 9" cheesecakes will have to contact us thru e-mail at info@ariesarttisancheesecake.com at least two weeks prior to the event.
/ REFUNDS
Please note that there are no refunds in cases where an item was prepared correctly but a flavor or texture did not meet personal preference. A lot of love and care go into each of our wonderful cakes. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order, please let us know as soon as possible so that we are able to fix any error. Partial or full refunds are decided on a case-by-case basis.
/ HOURS
Business hours are from 12pm-8pm, Wednesday- Saturday. All messages and phone calls received before or after these hours will be responded to during business hours. Orders placed after these hours will be processed for the next day.
/ NO SHOW
All sales are final. We will keep your cakes in-store for 1 week. If there is a no-show, there will not be a refund issued and you will have to place a new order for pick up on another day with another payment.

/ SAME-DAY CANCELLATION
All sales are final upon placing order, you will not receive a refund. If you need to re-schedule a pickup, please do so within two days of your pick-up date.
/ PAYMENT
All payments are required upfront, no exceptions.
