Cheesecakes will last 7 days in the fridge from the day of pickup or up to 2 months in the freezer! For Optimal flavor, please consume within 1 month of cakes being in the freezer. To thaw, simply let it sit at room temp until chilled.
Yes! I am available at The Augusta Market at 15 8th St, Augusta, GA every Saturday from 8a-1:30p. We are located just under the bridge by the river!

We do! These are special ordered cakes so this will either need to be ordered thru website or over phone. Please note that the gluten-free cakes will be prepared in a facility that houses gluten as we are not a completely gluten-free kitchen. However, all gluten-free cakes are prepared and baked separately from our cakes containing gluten.
Pick-up is at the Arie's Artisan Cheesecake store at 1202 Town Park Lane STE 106, Evans, GA 30809 from Wednesday-Saturday, 12p-8pm.
2 Hours. The longevity of your cakes depends on whether they are indoor or outdoor and the temperature of the environment. We recommend keeping cheesecakes refrigerated for as long as possible before displaying them for your event. Because cheesecake is a temperature sensitive product, the longest to keep your cheesecakes outside of refrigeration is 2 HOURS.
We also do not recommend displaying them outside during the months of June-August because it is simply too hot for the cakes to keep their integrity.
Our 9-inch cheesecakes feed 12 people but if you cut a bit thinner, you can get up to 16 slices.

Yes! All of our plant-based cheesecakes are made with tofu and vegan cream cheese. We use coconut sugar instead of white sugar as well.
We offer both catering and Wholesale options. Wholesale options are for businesses only and will need a business license upon ordering. Catering is a required minimum of 2 dozen minis. For more information, reach out to info@ariesartisancheesecake.com
YES! We are a full-fledged retail bakery. All of our cheesecake minis are available everyday to purchase in-store. We also keep an assortment of our 4-inch cheesecakes in our grab & go available for purchase as well. Flavors of our 4-inch sells fast so if you have an event or special flavor you'd like, please pre-order with us.
Limited gluten-free and vegan minis are available in-store everyday. If there are specific flavors you'd like, please pre-order with us.
Apart from major U.S. holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas), we do not keep large cheesecakes in-store. These are made to order and require pre-ordering (at least 2-days notice).
Yes! All orders are pre-order only and are shipped once per week on Tuesdays for next-day delivery (Wednesday arrival).
To ensure your order is included in the upcoming Tuesday shipment, please place your order by Wednesday at 5 PM EST.
Orders placed after the Wednesday cutoff will ship the following week.
